If for any reason, you are displeased with your order and wish to make a return, below is our policy that covers just that.
- We operate a 7day return policy with shipping charges.
- Items bought on sales with a discount will NOT be eligible for a refund or exchange regardless of circumstance. Only the items bought in full price will qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be returned intact with labels and tags within 7days.
- Exchange is free.
- Custom made dresses will not be exchanged.
- Custom fitting comes with a charge.
- Refund for returns take 3-5 working days net of delivery and retrieval/ return charges.
- Delivery and retrieval charges are non refundable.
